If these sham democrats are not brought to book after decades of self serving INTRESTS of politicians and leeches that attached to previous Marshall laws. In order to implement it , you will need lot of lawyers and beauraucrats who are familiar with legislation and constitution and
Have expertise . On the paper it looks good however it will involve lot of people with good background and good intentions. Above all people with good moral character which is scarce commodity right now.

سارے فساد کی جڑ پاکستان کا عدالتی نظام سفارشی سیاسی حرام خور جج چمچے سیاسی کارکن نما جسٹس اور سیاستدانوں کے پالتو اشاروں پر ناچنے والے جج اور ان کے فیصلے ہیں جو شرمناک ہیں۔ ایان علی کا کیس پاکستان کے موجودہ عدالتی سسٹم کا منہ کالا کرکے اس کو گلیوں میں گدھے پر بیٹھا کر گھمانے جیسا شرمناک ہے۔ بتاو ایمان سے کیا پاکستان کے جتنے بھی چیف جسٹس بننے ڈوگر کے بعد ان میں اور ڈوگر میں کوئی فرق تھا وہ پی پی پی کا چیف جسٹس تھا سیاسی جسٹس اور اس کے بعد نون لیگ کے سیاسی جسٹس ایک کے بعد ایک کوئی فرق نہیں ہے سوائے پارٹی کے؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
لو پھر رولا ہی مک گیا ہے سارا ۔۔عدلیہ ٹھیک ہو گئ تو سارا ملک ہی ٹھیک سارے پرانے سیاستدان جیل میں سڑرہے ہوں گے عدلیہ خود ہی پھانسی چڑھا دے گی بہت سارے مجرم ججوں کو دل ٹھنڈا ہو افتخار چوھدری کو ہتھکڑی لگی ہو جسٹس کیانی کو بالوں سے پکڑ کر گھسیٹ کر پولیس کی وین میں تشریف پر لات مار کر چھڑایا جائے تو مزہ ہی آجائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ اس ایک جملے کو پر غور کرو یہی کام کی بات ہے ۔۔۔

میں ڈاکٹر شاھد کا پروگرام شوق سے دیکھتا تھا پر اب نہیں۔ مجھے مولوی حضرات اور ان میں کوئی فرق نظر نہیں آرھا ھے۔ مولوی بھی ھمیشہ ھمیں ڈراتے ھیں اور یہی کام ڈاکٹر صاحب کر رھے ھیں۔نہ مولوی اسلام کا خوبصورت رخ دکھاتے ھیں اور نہ ڈاکٹر صاحب ھمیں اپنے خوبصورت ملک کی کوئی اچھائی بیان کرتے ھیں۔ مانا کہ کرپشن بہت ھے لیکن یہ بات بھی نہیں کہ کوئی اچھائی بھی نہیں۔ آگر سب کچھ غلط ھے تو یہ ملک کس طرح چل رھا ھے۔ آگر ھم اس کو آللہ تعالی کا انعام سمجھ لیں تو پھر وھی بات کہ ھم میں خوبی کیا ھے جو آللہ تعالی ھمیں یہ انعام دے رھا ھے۔ مصر، عراق شام وغیرہ کو یہ انعام کیوں نہیں ملتا؟
بحرحال کہنے کا مقصد یہ ھے کہ تنقید براے تنقید نہیں ھونی چاھیے۔ تنقید مثبت اور تعمیری ھونی چاھیے۔ ھماری میڈیا تو مادر پدر آزاد ھے لیکن کب تک۔ جب کوئی چیز حد سے بڑھ جاے تو پھر زوال مقدر میں لکھا جاتا ھے۔ آللہ تعالی ھم سب کو اپنے آمان میں رکھے آمین
