They are right. KP Govt is so incompetent that new employees are not being paid even after six months at the job. Absolutely shameful!!!

They are right. KP Govt is so incompetent that new employees are not being paid even after six months at the job. Absolutely shameful!!!

The matter should be investigated. Allah ka shukkar hai ke yeah KPK hai aur yehan umeed hai ke issue resolve ho jay ga...

Wrong Title.

He is not crying for Salary, But is saying:

1) "when he drives the Car, he is given a violation fine by police(Traffic)."

2) "He is called to come on duty very early in the morning, and saying that he can't give time to his Family because of his duty.

3) "He is not respected in the Markets now, and people don't even ask him for Tea."

He is probably crying for his former King type living style, where they would sit in any hotel and Order them for free Tea, and would come late to duty(or perhaps won't even come and still mark his attendance), and would drive the car without any fear even if they committed a huge violation because Traffic police being corrupt would let them go after knowing that he was also Police.

او تھریڈ سٹارٹر جب تمھیں پشتوں کی سمجھ نہیں آتی تو ایسے فضول اور غلط تھریڈ کیوں بناتے ہو؟ تم کیا سمجھتے ہو کہ لوگ بیوقوف ہیں؟ ویسے بیوقوف تو اپنے جیسوں اور ایڈمنز کو خوب بنایا جنہوں نے اسے سوشل میڈیا پہ بھی دے دیا حالانکہ عدم ادائیگی کی تو اسمیں کوئی بات ہی نہیں ہے۔۔۔۔۔

میری ایڈمنز سے درخواست ہے اس تھریڈ کو یہاں سے بھی اور سوشل میڈیا سے بھی ڈیلیٹ کرے اور اپنا مذاق نہ بنائے اور اس بندے کو بین کردے۔

جناب پنجاب میں جو ایجوکیٹرز بھرتی کیے ہوئے ہیں ان کو بھی ابھی تک ۶ ماہ کیتنخواہ نہیں ملی بچارخود کرایا لگا کے سکول جاتے ہیں اور روتے ہیں۔

زیادہ پھیلنے کی ضرورت نہیں۔ یہ مین پولیس فورس نہیں بلکہ سوات میں ایک سپیشل فورس بنائی گئی جو دسمبر 2015 تک کنٹریکٹ پہ تھے اور انکی تنخواہ 15ہزار روپے تھے۔ اب معلوم نہیں اسکی تنخواہ کم تھی یا ڈیوٹی سخت ہے جو رو رہا ہے۔

جس طرح کی پولیس کی نوکری یہ چاہتا ہے اس کیلئے اسے اپنا تبادلہ پنجاب یا سندھ کروانا ہوگا ​

یہ پولیس والا ان چند لوگوں کی ایک مثال - کیوں کہ اب کام شروع اور رشوتوں اور نوازشوں کا دور ختم
جس بدمعاشی کو یہ 'عزت' کا نام دے رہا ہے - وہ بدمعاشی اب انکے ہاتوں میں نہیں رہی - کام - کام اور بس کام

جب سے پولیس محکمے نے سب کو پروفیشنلزم سکھایا اوراس پرعمل شروع کیا ہے تو اسے چند اب اپنی پچھلی بےلگام موج مستی کو یاد کرے کے رو رہے ہیں کیوں کہ اب کام - کام اور بس کام

یہ اس وقت 'مال مفت - دل بے رحم' کو یاد کر کے رو رہا ہے جب پولیس نے ہر طرف اندھی مچائی ہوئی تھی - یہ اپنی اس "رشوت خور " زندگی کو یاد کر کے رو رہا ہے جب انکو سب کچھ مفت ملا کرتا تھا 'مال مفت - دل بے رحم' جسکو بھی روکا اسے پیسے مار لئے

کسی بھی گاڑی کو روکا اسکا چالان کے نام پر پیسہ مار لیا


پٹواریوں اسنے کہیں یہ نہیں بولا کے اسکو ماہانہ تنخواہ نہیں ملی ... بلکے یہ کھلے بازار میں کھڑے ہو کر اپنی اوپر کی آمدنی اور موج مستی کے بند ہونے پر ناکام آنسو بہا رہا ہے

اسکو کہتے ہیں کہ 'آگہی اور تبدیلی' دونوں آ گے ہیں
