Kia MQM wazahat karegi?

Please read the last three lines in the right side column in your post. This exactly what MQM's stance is. The rest are all allegations on MQM as usual.
Altaf Hussain or MQM never declared Qayanis as muslims nor himself declared a Qadyani.
If you or any Ulema's group wants some more punishment for Qayanis, please amend the constitution of Pakistan. The current status of constitution is that it declares Qayanis non-muslims and put them into the category of Minorities.
And for all minorities, the constitution has some set rules that are for every group. It doesn't say anything specific how to treat sikhs, hindus, christians, or Qadyanis seperately.
If parliament pass a bill to change the constitution of Pakistan as per the different treatment of Qadyanis, it must do it. But until it is done the same rule will remain intact and be applicable equally to all the minorities.
