I think he is also one of affecties in L******z Madras. Thats why he claims it with so confident. He got Doctorship degree from such Madras or might get from some unknown University like Mr Babar Hewan and Zardari.
Dr Sahib should also do the treatment of his eyes (because can't see), ears(because can't hear) and most important of his brain ((because can't use it).

guys its ok if someone spends a little time having fun..i mean he could spend a few thausand dollars from his own pocket but this is not the issue.
im not blaming him for these pictures(its his private life) but i do blame him for being so incompetent!! this guy should be fired for his incompetency...the whole PP govt needs to go.
