app aik "falahi kaam" ko "laptops" ke saath compare nahi ker saktay..jabkih shehbaz sharif tax ka pesa ads per laga raha hai..imran khan to govt may nahi hai...

And if they don't have money, how can they give Laptops to people to spend Billions of Rs. on.

SS could built a University or should spend this money on Basic education and schools in bad conditions.

What would student get by having Laptops, other than Chatting on Facebook or Twitter...

I know the now a days kids, Mr. They are using laptops / Computer more than 80% for Chatting, Watching movies, Listening Music, Playing games.

They use very little for useful purposes. Laptop diplomacy is nothing but a political stunts.
