It is because of Imran MR otherwise what were they waiting for last 4 years? Plus Punjab Govt. is running again on Over Draft but still they have spent money on these luxuaries. In addition to that More money has spent on Advertisements.

Did you see today's Dunya News report, which reports that Laptop are not original Dell Laptops.......... it means Khoob Maal Banaya hay kisi nay.

Plus Dance CDs with Laptops.

Govt. of Punjab could establish an IT University for such huge money instead of attracting people towards PMLN in the fear of Tsunami.
