Resignation demand is unconstitutional as it is based on allegation of dhandli which is not proven in any court of law. Just because PTI is saying does not make it fact.
Rigging allegation is done by every party even by the ruling party PML-N itself. There are over 400 rigging complaints in almost all of the constituencies.. Not using Magnetic ink and not initiating the investigation against not using magnetic ink also puts weight into the rigging allegations, plus dozens of videos of rigging like people stamping multiple ballot papers, people delivering ballot papers in private cars, broken ballot boxes in sewerage, multiple thumbs of single person on a constituency that was investigated, rejected votes are more than the winning margin, ECP accepting of failing to hold Free and fair elections in karachi, Interior minister accepting on record that every constituency might have 50 to 60 thousand of unverified votes while margin of winning is only 10 to 15 thousand etc are not enough to declare the elections as rigged or not acceptable?
How do you expect someone giving verdict against a sitting PM? Even rana Sanaullah was sidelined by the same party(PML-N) saying that they had done this because they didn't want Sanaullah to affect the result of the investigation of Model town, so why don't they sideline the PM during the rigging investigation? Its only logical that the PM should leave the highest position at least till the investigation so that he is not able to affect the outcome of the investigation..I think constitution permits sidelining an official who is under probe..
