The government of Pakistan is planning higher density zones in Karachi. (Why not other cities!) Many fear that this will open another gateway to a flood of corruption.
But many Pakistanis are not waiting. They are building their own skyward encroachments. Which are a danger to the safety of old buildings, a violation of Building Controls, and other laws of the land.
So, who will stop them before any accident and mishap occurs?
