This Hamid Gul is the biggest Villan in this whole IJI Forming and directly involved in Karachi Operation while MQM didn't bow to his IJI.
This same person while giving interview to Express said only the following:
It was his spontaneous response to interview of Birg. Imtiaz.
But after 2 days, he suddenly also remembered the the most important story of RAW Involvement and Jinnah Pur too. What a hypocrite liar.
Another facts are:
1. Hamid Gul claims ISI had all the informations of Indian Raw Involvement in the Jinnah Pur conspiracy with help of MQM.
2. But there was no mention of "Jinah Pur" as this Operation started, but they said they want to bring back peace to Karachi by stopping the Bhatta etc.
3. Then suddenly came Birg. Haroon and claimed that they found these Maps of Jinnah Pur blah blah blah.
4. And then the following Statement of Both Bir. Imtiaz and Gen. Naseer Akhtar is a big big slap on Hamid Gul's face:
"Both of them testified when Bir. Haroom came up with accusation of Jinnah Pur maps etc., then the related Authorities investigated and after 2-3 days they issued the statement that these accusations of Jinnah Pur were baseless."
So, if Hamid Gul claims that ISI already got all the informations about Jinnah Pur and Raw Involvement, then how could these Authorities issued the opposite after investigation?

People who were not living in Karachi can only predict and express their point of view but REALITY is Gen is right there were targeted killings, kidnappings & torture cells, operation lasted for few months and boii peace lasted for years after that, many terrorist were either killed, captured or they ran away. Businesses could operate late night specially I remember Tariq road and other hot shopping spots started to remain open late nights.
We should not be even debating what happened in the past, we should look for our future, our country's future specially when enemy can't wait to take advantage and is taking advantage in balochistan and fata. we have to stop fighting amongst ourselves and concentrate on real enemy

I am attaching an Image (see below) of another Interview of Hamid Gul by his beloved Newspaper Ummat (to whom he regularly gives interviews), where he is telling the following things:
Comments:
1. He resigned from the Army in January 1992 (much before the Operation started against MQM)
2. After resignation, he flew away from Pakistan (to Kabul) and came back only when that Operation was almost at peak and then coming to an end.
3. Then after some time he went to London. Hamid Gul further tells that in London Altaf Hussain came to meet him (yes the same Altaf Hussain to whom he blamed for being Traitor and for having contacts with Indian RAW and working for breaking Pakistan and for Jinnah Pur)
