well knowing MQM and how it functions, even 30-40 people may leave MQM but that doesn't produce any split in the party
MQM works in a completely different way the people might not understand simply because they are used to electables and faces
faces are not important in MQM, responsibility is
people get promoted based on their performance and get demoted too,
stardom doesn't matter in MQM
i have seen people who were elected as counsolers during musharraf era are now MNA from their respective constituencies
people may not realise this but its not very easy to break MQM
just imagine ISI couldn't break MQM so this is a very easy situation for MQM to handle as MQM has seen million times more difficult times then this
if MQM was gonna break, all the MQM work had been stopped, every body would be fighting right now and every body would have observed this
MQM is functioning just like normal times
people maybe surprised but altaf hussain is not running the party, he supervises the party yes, but he is not controling the party on his whims like common people believe
i thing those people who are eagerly waiting for MQM to fail should immediately stop now because if they keep waiting they will have to wait for a long long time, so better save your energies and utilise some where else

Najam is doing what Nawaz wants him to do.he has been rewarded by nawaz a lot they made him chief minister in reply he rigged election for them. after success fully rigged election nawaz rewarded him PCB chairmanship, he is barking against mqm as per Nawaz order. these paindos tried this before but embarrassingly failed.
