1973 ke constitution mai jinko jo kuchh bhi declare kiya gaya unko sabrahan bana karr aap konsay Islam ki khidmat karr rahay hain ???aur log mulk ke khir khawah kaisay ho saktay hain ???

پرویز صاحب اپنی بات پر تو نہایت زور دیتے ہیں۔ مگر جس بات کا رد کرتے ہیں اسکا کوئی بھی ثبوت نہیں دیتے۔۔
تدوین فقہ سے بھی انکو شدید مسائل ہیں۔ حالانکہ فقہاء کی اکثریت حکمرانوں کی زیر عتاب رہی۔ یہ کبھی بھی حکمرانوں کے پسندیدہ نہیں رہے۔
یہ بات ضرور ہے کہ کچھ لوگ بعد ازاں حکومتی جج یا قاضی کے فرائض پر رہے۔ مگر جناب نے قرآن سے کونسے براہ راست قوانین اخذ کئے ہیں؟
جناب نے حجۃ الوداع کے اقتباس سے یہ نقل کیا کہ قرآن اللہ کی پیروی لازم ہے ۔ اگلا حصہ جناب کو پسند نہیں تھا۔ لہذا وہ خلاف قرآن ہو گیا۔ اس لئے مردود ٹھہرا۔
واہ کیا بات ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

پہلے آپ اپنی حیثیت کا تو تعین کرلیں کہ آپ خود کیا ہیں؟

azeezam anjaam sb, I think you have problem with idea of reason as basis for judgement of things. Let me try to explain the problem that you do not realise if you ignore reason as basis for common foundation.

Let us take the idea of revelation of God as basis. Now people have many different books which they believe are from God. Tell me how are you going to convince them about the quran as book of God instead of their books? Any argument you are going to raise against their book will become invalid to begin with. Likewise you cannot prove or explain anything at all without involving reasoning as basis from outside the book or inside the book. I cannot go into detail of things but there arise many problems if we do not take reason as basis for explanation of things. On the other hand no real problems arise if we take reason as basis and judge all allegedly God sent revelations because if they are truly from God then they will be reasonable because God is not stupid who will talk nonsense or be unreasonable or logically inconsistent.

By accepting revelation as basis instead of reason muslims are letting nonmuslims believe in all sorts of nonsense because then muslims lose right to involve nonmuslims intellectually in order to educate them out of their nonsense beliefs and practices. This goes against the teachings of the quran which wants muslim to take its message to all human beings everywhere. After all what was the point in God sending his message for mankind through his messengers if we accept all can believe anything they like and do as they please? Were people not doing that already before God sent his revelations for them?

Same problem we face amongst muslims when we tell each other don't disturb beliefs and practices of others just hold into your own. All this goes directly against the teachings of the quran which wants people to educate each other out of nonsense so that mankind could unite and live in peace and harmony and make progress with help of each other and be prosperous as an ummah or a proper human community. Why must we invent and adopt ways for understanding the quran and hadis which do not work and reject the way that works?

This is why it is very wrong mindset, attitude and behaviour to oppose those who talk sense and thereby help mankind understand things as they should. Islam is deen not mazhab and deen of islam is rule of law of Allah and not a personality cult or a set of make beliefs and useless practices.
