A phone call came from a 'foreign' country to Zardari. Zardari was threatened the he will be exposed in money laundering unless he keeps Rehman Malik 'employed'.

The call was from London, UK because UK wanted to Shaitan Malik working so they could afterwards try to put ISI under the control of Shaitan Malik. Zardari was threatened that his UK citizenship would be revoked if he does not pay heed. UK did in concert with the US

So UK and US both are responsible for 1000's of death of innocent Pakistanis in bombings, lawlessness, and other killings.
