Accodring to wikipedia, area of Islamabad is 906 sq. kms (or 1000 sq. kms) and population of around 1 million. the space that an average human requires when standing is approx. 0.5 sq. meters. (0.5m *1m)
If it is assumed that there are no buildings, no roads, no homes, no mountains in Islamabad but an empty place of 1000 sq. kms. then
1000sq. kms/0.5 sq. meters = 2million people. Only 2million people can occupy the land as big as Islamabad.
and when there are buildings and over 1 million population, mountains, roads etc. the city cant sustain 4 million people on 14th Jan as claimed by Tahir-ul-Qadri.
