A good program. Though I disagree with Ghamidi Sahib on many of his views but it is always a pleasure to listen to his arguments.

It is. In Islamic laws family is the waris of a person and its right can not be challenged. In Western system government is the waris of a person thus President being head of government wields that power.

I dont know what the above two comments really mean. In the first comment one wrong practice is used to condemn the whole system, While Mr. Ghamadi has quite clearly stated the main principle and commented that with the main principle in tact Islamic democratic systems can be created based on local conditions.

In the second comment, I have no idea what this person is trying to say.

The main point is that Mr. Ghamadi has very succinctly and comprehensively explained the main concept and how it is acceptable in Islam.

It is indeed a great program and I must say that the questions asked by the compare were excellent.

One of the very best scholars. Who gives you clear vision and gives authentic proves. Masha allah may god give him health and we could listen to him more.
I wonder today how easy it is to picturize the real issues muslims are having.
