Is Voip Calling blocked in Pakistan

I was using free calling mobile applications like Skype, Viber, ringID for making free calls to Pakistan but from last few days I am facing problem in connection. Is there voip services blocked in Pakistan?????

ya phir SEA-ME-WE optical cable cut gai ho gi, ya phir london mai un k ghar mai internet problem ho gi, ya un ka 3G internet quota muk gia ho ga etc etc... sari option bata detay ;)

@khan_asif, Nope... Its not blocked... I just called Pakistan on Viber, all good. Must be something wrong with the internet in your home in Pakistan
