Is the UK heading for its biggest recession in a century?

This is going to be the worst nightmare for the UK. Even though we have been told to work from home but there is still uncertainty in the air.

The predicted death toll has been changed from 20,000 to 40,000. According to the health officials, this is going to be their achievement if they keep the number below 40,000.

They have given £10,000 + full salary to the MPs for working from home. Absolutely bullshit.

Not just UK rather whole world is going to be in Great Depression (USA,Canada, Australia etc) in few months or so.

could someone please tell me how does a recession affect food supplies, electricity supply and gas also house prices. what preparations are required before it hits us.
