Well, I can tell you my own understanding on this.

1) He is from South Punjab (sure there are others)
2) From a very under developed area (sure there are few others)
3) Khan wanted a 'weak', a 'yes man' CM so Khan could 'control' him and make him implement PTI's vision.

The #3 being the most important.

The main thing is that we need to give PTI at least 100 days before making any judgement. Remember, CM can be changed if he does not perform as expected.

I say we must give minimum 6 month to perform. But do u think is it merit whatever u said? I belive you are an educated and sensible person tell me only 1 thing if you were prime minister would u have considered him only on these merit?

When I first heard that he had been nominated for CM, my reaction was similar to many others, I was shocked and confused. We were all expecting some well known and a more experienced personality to be the CM. Khan had something else in his mind. At this point, there is really no point beating the bushes as he is already the CM. All we can/should do now is give them some time and see what the output is.
