My simple friend this is why all politicians make fool of us. He should once and for all should say it that he never met and planned with agencies/Pasha. If you remember when Javed Hashmi was in PTI he was asked this question again and again and he always said if it was true do you think person like Hasmi will be in PTI. Yeh jhootay hein is a general statement which doesn't mean that Khwaja Asif is lying on this issue and it also doesn't deny this directly. I hope you understand this difference. It is like US showing sadness to the death of Pakistanis by Raymond Davis but they never apologised.
