We have always seen eruption of irrelevant scandals whenever we have important decisions pending in the court of law. Influential people use their powers to manipulate reports and evidences in their respective interest. Now we see several scandals trending in our media industry whose core purpose is only to defame JIT to somehow boycott JIT’s investigation and Supreme Court’s Decision.
Panama Case has been pending for a very long time now, It should’ve been resolved months ago but yet again we see our government organization’s failure on being helpless in this regard as our Accused Prime Minister is not giving away his position until the trial period. After Several hearings a verdict was announced on 20[SUP]th[/SUP] April 2017, but unfortunately the verdict was void due to a 3/2 Ratio.
Supreme Court decided to appoint a Joint Investigation Team; the team comprises of six members including one individual from every department (NAB, SBP, ISI, FIA, SECP and MI)
Unfortunately we see interference from the ruling party, JIT says the government organizations are not corporative and the reports are delayed and pre-tempered this is why they appealed the Supreme Court to take action against this, (PM Nawaz is advised to resign from his position until the case comes to an End). As soon as JIT started their investigation they faced several allegations and Hussain Nawaz’s picture scandal just to defame JIT and buy time to act accordingly.

This is the make or break point for our country’s Fate against Corruption. If this case is investigated and sentenced in a constitutional way then we can hope for a better tomorrow comprising of REAL DEMOCRACY.
