If there is any Indian belonging to minority group i would love to hear from him regarding this. I personally do no agree to the comments being made there. These people are the representative of INGO's they make huge sum of money (by Indian standard) by doing this kind of work. I briefly worked with these INGO's including UNICEF. they are very corrupt, they do their research in air conditioned hotel rooms, If they say that situation is good then they have no job left. So to keep their job they hype these things. India is a poor country, poor are treated badly and there is no doubt about it. If you are rich then everybody respects you. There have been few riots here and there but that doesn't give you the true picture. India has a long way to go but even idiot who has spent some time in India knows the truth. India is the biggest welfare state. because of the subsidies to the minorities and dalits, situation of dalits have increased markedly in last 20 years. Indian constitution doesn't' segregate anybody. Indian society in general is secular. If you have what it takes then nothing can stop you from succeeding. Chief minister of the biggest state of India is Dalit "mayabati". prime minister is Sikh. There have been so many army chiefs from minorities. Look at the cabinet etc. Obviously situation of minorities needs improvement and government need to take this very seriously. I can see government of India is working diligently in this regard. Hopefully India will me much fairer (economically and socially) country within 20 years. These agents of the west (INGO's) are being unfair and even they know that they are being unfair. But everybody wants to keep their job and get a bit richer.
