The 21 minute documentary highlights the inequity in india, and the maoist/naxalite revolution in the eastern and south eastern regions of india. It points out how rich and developing india abuses the poor india and steals the resources of these people from the poor regions. Innocent people are now caught in between the fire of the ruthless naxalites and inconsiderate and bias government. Starting from 18:40 of the documentary, the indian intellectuals conclude that the democratic and developing india is a big marketing scam.

India will breakup into more manageable states and the whole region will rest in peace...

You seem to be obsessed with the naxalite/maoist problem, not that I have anything against it.
If you are fond of reading, here is link to a very good essay by Arundhati Roy. Although her views are too far on the left, but I do agree with her to a large extent. Its a long essay, you might have read a much shorter version in Dawn.
