Rape – When Animals Fell Prey To Sexually Frustrated Indians

Sex and rape – the most baffling subject in India…highly ignored and supremely misconstrued.
The topic is not understood and the heinous crimes going on become some debate topics. The problem is the issue of the crime here and yes the mentality of the rapists is something that has to be questioned.
Sexuality is misunderstood and that leads to gruesome crimes.
Sex isn’t rape and rape is a crime. This primary thing needs to be understood to get the psyche of the criminals.
Criminals don’t restrict to only girls. The rapists are those horrific predators of the society who wouldn’t even spare the innocent animals.
Yes the psyche of the rapists is so damn sickening that even animals have fallen prey to these sexually frustrated ba***rds.
Here is a list of gruesome rape cases against animals:
December 2004: Cow raped and stabbed
In a country where cow is worshipped, two men sexually screwed a cow.
cow.jpg

The incident happened in South Delhi’s Tughlaqabad area.
The two men tied the cow’s legs to a tractor and even tied its snout, raped the cow and stabbed it repeatedly after committing the gruesome crime.
Understanding the plight of the victim especially a rape victim is always a highly debatable topic in our country. Hence it is not really a news to me when I read about the reports of the police not ready to register the complaint when the cow’s owner went to the police station.
It is only after the outburst from the mob that the complaint was lodged.
August 2009: Dog was raped by a taxi driver
Mahesh Kamat – a taxi driver from Mumbai was arrested for raping a dog.

Sexual abuse of children 'rampant' in India

Human Rights Watch report says abuse "disturbingly common", especially in schools and state-run child care facilities.

The Indian government has failed to curb the rampant sexual abuse of children, especially in schools and state-run child care facilities, a rights group said.
Human Rights Watch (HRW), in its report released on Thursday, cited the recent fatalgang-rape of a young woman on a New Delhi bus in December, an attack that shook the conscience of the nation and forced people to introspect on the way women are treated in India.
The outcry forced the government to rush through new laws to protect women.
A government panel appointed after the attack to examine the country's treatment of women also shone a light on the high incidence of child sexual abuse and the failure of the government to ensure the implementation of child protection laws.
Child rights activists say the government needs to implement the panel's recommendations on preventing child sexual abuse as well.
The new report from HRW said such abuse is disturbingly common, government responses are falling short in protecting children and in treating victims.
The report urges the government to ensure rigorous implementation of child protection laws and strict monitoring of child care facilities.
It calls for an end to traumatic medical examinations and insensitive treatment by police and other authorities, which subject victims to further distress.
There are no clear statistics on the number of child abuse cases in India, primarily because of the low reporting of such crimes.
India's ministry of women and child said in 2007 that around 70 percent of abused children never reported the matter to anyone.
'Vulnerability of children'
Despite the low reporting levels, the ministry then said 53.2 percent, or one out of two, children in India, reported having faced one or more forms of sexual abuse.
This statistic is even worse for state-run or -funded homes, activists said.
"The vulnerability of children to sexual abuse is very high, and it becomes worse because there is nobody monitoring these children's homes," said Anuja Gupta of the Recovering and Healing from Incest, or RAHI, Foundation in New Delhi.
She said in many child care facilities, the abuse was committed by the people in charge of taking care of the child.
"When the caretaker himself is the abuser, the situation is especially traumatic because then the child has nowhere to go," Gupta said.
Human Rights Watch said the inspections of state-run child facilities were inadequate, with many facilities not registered with the government as mandated by the law.
"Shockingly the very institutions that should protect vulnerable children can place them at risk of horrific child sexual abuse," said Meenakshi Ganguly, HRW's South Asia director.
While the government in 2012 passed a comprehensive law to protect children from sexual offences, its efforts to implement the law remained poor or nonexistent, activists say.
While child abuse is a problem elsewhere, in India it is further aggravated by poorly trained police officers who refuse to register complaints or encourage the victims to seek a settlement.
Convictions are rare and cases can languish in the country's sluggish criminal and judicial process for years, if not decades.

93 women are being raped in India every day, NCRB data show

CHENNAI: If one goes by the latest statistics of National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), every day 93 women are being raped in the country.

According to NCRB data, there is a gradual increase in the number of rapes reported in India - from 24,923 in 2012 to 33,707 in 2013.

Despite of several protests after Nirbhaya incident in New Delhi, the national capital continuous to be the unsafe city in the country. The number of rapes in Delhi has almost doubled from 585 in 2012 to 1,441 in 2013. Delhi is followed by Mumbai (391), Jaipur (192) and Pune (171) among the top unsafe cities in the country.

It is also revealed that Madhya Pradesh has recorded the maximum rapes in 2013 among all other states with 4,335. In April this year, a 14-year-old dalit girl was allegedly gang-raped by five people on a moving bus in Madhya Pradesh.

In another incident in Madhya Pradesh in June this year, a tribal woman was also allegedly gang-raped by ten persons, including her husband after a land dispute.

It is followed by Rajasthan (3285), Maharashtra (3063) and Uttar Pradesh (3050).

A total 923 rape cases were reported in Tamil Nadu, which means 3 per day.

The most horrifying fact is that majority of the offenders are known to the victims. NCRB statistics shows that 31,807 (94%) were familiar to the accused, which includes neighbours (10782), other known persons (18171), relatives (2315) and parents (539).

It is also revealed that most victims are aged between 18 and 30 years (15,556) and 14 and 18 years (8,877). Activists argue that legal system is slow to prosecute rape cases, but officials say the number of rape cases have increased because of the awareness on the part of the victims, who come forward to lodge complaints

We have conducted a study on violence against street children and the data we have collected is quite shocking, and what is most appalling is that children studying at religious seminaries also fall victim to sexual violence, claimed Habib. He added that it is common practice amongst parents, especially from the lower strata of the society, prefer to send their children to Madressahs as compared to formal schooling systems.According to the study, 21 percent of Madressah students have been sexually abused by their teachers. Fifty-two percent of students were sexually harassed, 28 percent had complained of unpleasant touching and 20 percent complained of forced sex, said Habib.Almost ninety percent of sexually violent acts against children occur on the streets, seven percent of the children denied any sexual abuse on the streets and three percent of these children had no idea about any such happenings. Thirty-three percent of the children who were sexually abused on the streets revealed that they were abused by people in police departments, while 22 percent of them held workers of political, social and religious parties responsible, claimed Habib. This is not the end of the shocking list, as shopkeepers, strangers, gang leaders, private security guards and drivers were also held responsible for sexual violence. Twenty percent of the children reported that 20 percent of strangers, 12 percent of shopkeepers, 11 percent of gang leaders, 14 percent of private security guards and 22 percent drivers were among the perpetuators of sexual violence against them. sccp

(Dedicated to the countless, helpless rape victims and hookers of India)
Indian Behnchods are raping their sisters, daughters and cousins less, that’s the good news this Diwali.
Now, the depressing news this Diwali – Indian Haramis are raping others more.
No, we’re not drunk. Hey, it’s only noon here on the East Coast and all we’re sipping is a cup of hot masala chai.
Our analysis and conclusions are drawn from the National Crimes Record Bureau 2010 Crimes Report released today.
Incest rape was down 10.3% in 2010, according to the report.
On the other hand, total reported rape incidents in India in 2010 was 22,172, up 3.6% over the previous year.
women-crimes-2010.gif

What gives?
Are desperate Indian libidos no longer turned on at the sight of their nubile daughters, pretty sisters and voluptuous cousins? Are they seeking relief between non-incestuous sheets? Or is it a case of under-reported, faulty incest statistics?
Who can fathom the mysteries of Incredible India.
Hell, even statistics can get raped in that benighted land!
icon_wink.gif

Caveat: As all but the schmucks know, given the stigma attached to rape victims in India the real rape numbers for both incest and other rapes are likely much, much higher than official statistics.
By the way, India’s conviction rate for rape at 26.6% is less than that for robbery (28.3%) or economic crimes (30.3%).
This means if you’re a recidivist criminal, you have a better chance of getting away with rape than for cheating (29.2%) or other economic offenses.
Just in case you’re curious, Maharashtra tops the country in incest rapes. No, we don’t think Bollywood has anything to do with an insatiable desire to poke your daughter, sister or cousin.

[h=5]Rape in India – Boom Times[/h]Gold, software exports, call centers, malls and real estate are not the only things booming in India.
In a little noticed development, the biggest boom in India over the last few decades has been in the incidence of rape.
In the four decades from 1971-2010, rape in India has grown 791.5%.
During the same period, India’s population increased only 110%.
What explains the phenomenal increase in rape vis-a-vis other crimes in India.
SI’s hypothesis is that the explosion in Indian rape numbers is due to more leisure time, change in dietary habits, greater exposure to mass media, easy access to porn and a big jump in working women exponentially increasing the available prey.
india-rape-vs-other-crimes.gif

[h=5]Rape in India – Any Time, Any Place[/h]In India, rapes can happen at any time and anywhere.
Not even police stations are safe havens because some of India’s deadliest, sadistic, malevolent criminals strut around these places wearing the garb of a police uniform.
The National Crimes Record Bureau 2010 Crimes Report acknowledges six custodial rapes, by which we presume inside police stations.
Surely, no sane Indian believes there were only six rapes inside a police station in 2010.
More like 60 every day. Wouldn’t that be closer to reality?
[h=5]Indian Women ******[/h]Indian women are getting ****** literally and figuratively.
In Incredible India, the percentage of total crimes committed against women has gone up by 4.8% in 2010 to 2.14 million. Again, we believe these numbers are under-reported given the historically lower status of women.
Besides rape, other crimes against Indian women include kidnapping, sexual harassment, molestation, dowry demands, torture etc.
As we’ve said often, in India behind the oft-repeated shibboleths of respect for womenhood lurks a satanic male mind with little respect for the female sex.
A lot of Indian families still prefer male children and female infanticide and foeticide are not uncommon in the rural hinterland.
[h=5]North Indian Dickheads – Bigger Rapists[/h]As with most things in India, even with rape there’s a North-South divide.
By South India, most Indians refer to the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka and Puducherry.
All other Indian states are considered North India, even if they happen to be in the West, East, North-East or Central India. Weird logic, yes, but that’s how it is in India.
If you look at the total numbers, North Indians play the rape game more aggressively compared to South Indians.
All South Indian states put together accounted for 3,271 rape incidents or 14.75% of total 22,272 rapes in 2010.
Since South Indians represent 20.8% of the total Indian population but account for only 14.75% of rapes, one might be forgiven for positing that North Indian dickheads have less control over their ***** in Mera Bharat Mahaan.
rapes-north-vs-south.gif

[h=5]SI Travel Advisory – Rape, Sexual Harassment & Eve Teasing[/h]Like the U.S. State Department travel advisories, SI is issuing the following advisory:
* Those visiting the North Indian state of Madhya Pradesh might want to be aware that the state has the dubious honor of the highest number of Rape cases (3,135) and Molestation (6,646) accounting for 14.1% and 16.4% respectively of total such cases reported in the country.
Although Madhya Pradesh is technically in central India, it’s still considered North India in a lose fashion because it’s not part of South India.
* Also, if you’re traveling via public transport or otherwise moving around the South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, you stand a higher chance of being groped, pawed, pinched or subject to other forms of sexual harassment.
Andhra Pradesh accounts for 45.8% (4,562) of total Sexual Harassment cases in India. SI’s hypothesis is that this is all the result of the Telugu penchant for eating those fiery avakkaya pickles and watching that shrieking Tollywood baboon [deleted] movies in which yelling, screaming, barking and braying at women is the norm. Of the two, which is more culpable is beyond the ken of non-Telugu minds to determine.
Cyberabad police district, again in Avakaya country aka Andhra Pradesh, leads India in sexual harassment with 1,257 cases. Say, does software development have a correlation with sexual harassment or imbalance in sexual hormones.
Andhra Pradesh is also the Rape Capital of South India, accounting for 41.63% of rapes in South India. West Godavari district with 127 rapes in 2010 is the most dangerous for women.
Vijaywada, a city in Andhra Pradesh, is big on eve-teasing accounting for 16% of total cases in India.
* India’s capital Delhi accounted for 23% of Rape cases, 37.7% of Kidnapping & Abduction cases, 14.6% of Dowry Deaths and 16.5% of Molestation cases among 35 cities. So when in Delhi, keep a pepper spray/mace handy at all times.
[h=5]Who gets Raped in India?[/h]Of course, it’s mostly the unfortunate, unlucky girl or woman who gets raped in India.
But if you are over 30 in India the chances of your getting raped falls off dramatically.
As a matter of fact, 82.4% of Indian rape victims are under 30.
Perhaps, young Indian women ought to consider dyeing their hair white before stepping out of their homes if they want to restrict admission rights down there.
rapes-by-age.gif

[h=5]Tamil Nadu – Thevadiya Nadu (Hooker state)[/h]No discussion on any aspect of India is incomplete without a mention of our favorite state, Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu can more appropriately be called Thevadiya Nadu (prostitute state) given that it accounts for the highest percentage of cases booked under Immoral Traffic Prevention Act (a bureaucratic name covering prostitutes, clients, pimps and brothel owners) in India.
Tamil Nadu accounted for 22.7% of the total Immoral Traffic Prevention cases in India (567 out of 2,499) followed closely by its randy neighbor Andhra Pradesh (21.9%).
Given the weak economic status of the prostitutes relative to clients, pimps or madams and the inability of hookers to pay bribes demanded by cops, we’d consider the majority of cases booked here are against prostitutes or Thevadiyas as these little birds of the night are known in Tamil Nadu.
If more Thevadiya cases are filed in Tamil Nadu then other states, it could mean many things – there are more hookers in Tamil Nadu, the police in Tamil Nadu are more aggressive against prostitution, the prostitutes in Tamil Nadu are too poor to pay bribes or Tamil men have hyperactive libidos that can’t be sated with the hand or a mouse-click.

In a shocking incident, a panchayat in Bihar has ordered one of its members accused of raping a Mahadalit woman to pay her Rs.41,000 and asked the victim to not report the incident, police said Saturday.
The incident occurred in a panchayat under Kodha police station in Katihar district.
But the accused, a local muscleman, refused to pay the money. When she protested about his refusal to pay amount, the accused set her husband on fire injuring him badly, said a police official Sunil Kumar.
This forced the victim to approach Katihar Superintendent of Police Kshatraneel Singh two days ago for justice.
Singh has ordered an investigation into the incident.
"One of the accused Naresh Ravidas has been arrested while the main accused Prakash Ravidas is absconding," police said.
According to police, the incident occurred last month when the victim was called to panchayat building by the Prakash on the pretext of readying documents related to Indira Awas Yojana.
"In her complaint to police she has informed that she was raped by him and threatened not to disclose it," police said.
Last year, a panchayat in Kishanganj district had ordered a minor girl, who was raped by four brothers and was seven months pregnant, to take Rs.50,000 and undergo an abortion. When she approached police an FIR was lodged and accused were arrested.
In a similar case in September 2014, a panchayat in Muzaffarpur district ordered a minor rape victim to take Rs.2 lakh and undergo abortion.
