we need to reduce army big time, Every developed country only have small number of these useless bastards to keep defence budget low to only 2-3%. Keep most of budget for education, health, social welfare and providing justice.
1)- Create Fededral defence that is responsible for providing security to
PM, Judges and key institutions in Islamabad and also to stop 111 brigade. It must be under the controlk of PM
2) Create separate force to stop border smuggling. Anti-narcotics should not5 be part of miulitary.
3) Start 2 year compulsary military training for every youth ,e.g. to keep regular number of army low. same like Israel. If needed for defence of the country, all these reserve can be4 called upon and also, to stop any attempt of future martial law.

This army has never won a war against a combatant army, lost half of the country, committed war crimes against its own population in 71 & continue unabated till date, takes away huge chunk of your budget which means more loans and less money for education, health care, infrastructure development, research and so on.
not only that, the country has been under their stranglehold from its existence to the point that today people can't even breath with no hope in sight.
The question is do we need this army? keep in mind that the only war you partially won in 1948 was courtesy your civilian population from Tribal areas.
