Imran Khan To Approach Supreme Court & Due To Election commission of Pakistan Not Taking Notice Of Pre-Poll Election Rigging

Don't you think that what Dr.TUQ said was correct and becoming known to all????? Is there still any ambiguity left???

In this Corrupt System.....under "Illegal Election Commission" for not implementing “articles 62,63 218, people’s act 1976 & Supreme Court Judgment June 8,2012 “ selecting candidates through "Corruption Protecting Nomination Papers" that is endorsed by "Unjust" Chief Justice.... Change is to bring by becoming part of the Corrupt System or by coming out of the Corrupt System and Change it because stakeholders & beneficiaries of this corrupt system would never let it be Changed at any cost???

PML-N attempting to sabotage PTIs March 23 Lahore public meeting: Imran

LAHORE: Chairman, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI), Imran Khan alleged that PML-N is attempting to sabotage his public meeting in Lahore on Saturday next.

He was addressing a meeting in Lahore on Tuesday evening for the issuance of party tickets for elections.
The PTI Chief strongly criticized the Mian brothers of PML-N and said that both Shahbaz Sharif and Nawaz Sharif have occupied the chairmanship of their party. However, in PTI the Chairman would be only for two terms, he added.
Commenting on his 23rd March public meeting, he said that in the upcoming public gathering PTI would announce its party manifesto.
Imran Khan said that impartial caretaker setup is prerequisite to ensure transparency in elections.
He said he takes the forthcoming elections as the World Cup and will make all out efforts to win them.
Meanwhile Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has appointed the PTI central leader Dr. Shireen Mazari as his spokesperson.
Her status would be equivalent to party's Senior Vice President.

Members of Lahore editors club called upon Chairman Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Imran Khan in Lahore at the Central Media Cell today March 19, 2013. In the meeting Mr Imran Khan shared his thoughts over the current political situation of the country, followed by a Question and Answer session. The discussion focused upon PTIs proposed policies and upcoming manifesto which is to be announced on 23[SUP]RD[/SUP] March at Minar e Pakistan. Chairman Imran Khan in his discussion focused on the crippling economic condition of the country, along with PTIs agenda to declare an emergency with regards to Revenue collection, Education and Health in order of priority. He further added that the only way to get rid of the entrenched status quo in Pakistan is to ensure a free and fair election with a massive voter turnout on the day of the election.
He strongly condemned the tactics being used to prolong PML-Ns stay in power as these would directly affect the election campaigns of all parties as we are already suffering from politics of Thanas and Kachehris and misuse of government machinery. This self serving behavior is against the spirit of the constitution because it envisages a neutral set during elections, said Mr Khan. While answering questions regarding the upcoming Jalsa the Chairman said clinging onto power is a tactic being used to sabotage the gathering being planned and also establishing grounds for massive pre poll rigging. Reiterating the fact that the Sharifs would stoop to any level to disrupt the event and maintain their hold in Punjab, Mr Khan said that the removing of posters and hoardings by the city government is proof of the same. He further added that the Punjab government was feeling threatened by PTIs March 23rd public gathering and creating hurdles in its arrangement. He said that such non-cooperative attitude of the local administration will not deter people from supporting PTI. However we are not afraid as now the people of Pakistan will be the deciding factor, concluded Mr Khan.

Who was it that took 45% bogus votes petition to court, it was PTI/IK. So there is nothing new here that u are telling us, we already know. I myself have been screaming about 45% bogus votes for years now. The way you are making it as if no one was aware of this.

Answer

We already took the road of the sideline which was in 2008 elections, we cannot afford to do it again, especially now where we are so close to elections. Our strategy is too go for elections and if rigging takes place to a astronomical amount like 2008 we will go to the streets. It will be the final straw, no more crap will be taken. Not saying TUQ is wrong but he is trying a different approach, but who the heck will implement articles 62 and 3?

Are u expecting the likes of PPP, PMLN, MQM, PML Q, JUI F to implement this?

Or CJ to implement this?

none of the above would qualify for article 62 and 63 which includes CJ himself most probably.

TUQ is asking for an INQUILAAB, but the people he is asking to join him do they qualify for articles 62 and 3???

If these articles were implemented over 80% of present politicians will not be eligible, do you really think this is possible to implement if so who and how???????
