Negociation with Taliban with arms...Who is asking not to talk but Taliban should lay their weapons down before negotiation and if you know about USA and Afghan they are doing exact same thing as they are also READY to NEGOTIATE to THOSE WHO ARE READY TO TAKE THEIR WEAPONS DOWN not to those who wont take them down....We have seen what happened to negotiations with Taliban WITH WEAPONS and now WE CANT TAKE ANOTHER RISK...
