It was not Government, who brought back CJP. It was public, who have reached to the level of limits, and to save their own Government, they had only full fill the requirement of announcing restoration of CJP.
CJP have already started the process, mind you I have said CJP, not Iftekhar M ch, today he is on this post, but tom morrow's CJP will be more powerful, because he will avail the foundation of a solid independent Judiciary, some how credit will remain in the name of Iftekhar ch.
Today some of our friends are trying to create controversy for Iftekhar Ch, and definitely for some extents they are correct, but if current CJP has been given incentives, In my opinion, its worth, as he is proving from his decisions, that all efforts, Which he has taken, have gone in favor of Pakistani Nation, and definitely, me and you will be the beneficiary in the coming future. INSHALLAH.

You have a point, your comparison is definitely unchallengeable, What we are emphasizing, and correct me, this current judiciary have all the legal points, and after using them, they have taken this kind of decision, which has not yet, so far, been challenge by Government, It means they have something in hand which is legal, no body have criticize this decision, except one BARRISTER, So, now what we expect, that, this judiciary is bringing up something very concrete, which will enable forthcoming new judiciary, which will not be under any type of pressure, and will start continuing the positive legal acts.
We know that these judges including Mr Iftekhar Ch have no clean past, but so far, what ever has been deliver by them, is acceptable by common public.
