We need to let this mentality of removing players and making drastic changes like idiots because any new player coming in will make the same mistakes again . So what do you want then ? more stupidity ??
Yes sarfraz needs to work on his fitness, but captainwise he is fine.
Yes Hasan Ali needs to add more variation in his attack
Yes, we need a couple of dynamic players to play our middle overs who are young and attacking..
We have some good bowling options in Amir and shaheen and a few others but they need EXPERIENCE to face upto the better teams and we need to give them the CONFIDENCE.

Sarfraz and this batch actually won us the champions trophy . JUst give these guys a chance to better their mistakes all the time working on new talent.

Thats it ! ...theirs alot of idiots in the world today. Nobody changes captains and players on a more wholesale basis than we do. The result is over a period of time we have half-baked players but a lot of them and no real heroes.

Its all correct that we lost because of mistakes. Some mistakes are intentional plus we expect certain level of professionalism as they are professional cricketers. So when you see intentional mistakes and overall carelessness , it tells a lot about their character and professionalism and commitment to team and country.

When pakistan won championship trophy two years ago i was of the opinion that their cohesiveness in a team reflects that they were very much a pakistani product of such a wonderful character of faith,discipline and selfless devotion to the duty,there is nothing worthwhile that you cannot achieve.” , i still have hope they will carry that spirit and will continue to perform with flying collar. If this few lines affect one person i will be ahppy person.

lack of education and also our corrupt governance is to blame for poor accountability where the true culprits are never apprehended.. So now everyone thinks everyone is a thief or has some vested interest. Thats not always the case ...we need to grow up too.
