Selam first of all.
As I'm interested in travelling (and culture of Asia), I read travellers' blog a lot.
What I came across is that they all say Pakistani people (women or men, young or old) put/use oil for their hair. And also when I see Pakistani or Indian people, they all have great hair, blushy or long ..
I heard from just a few friends that they use mostly mustard oil.

Now :) I really wonder and would be glad if I learn a few recipies ;)
Which oil(s) you use, how and how much do you use it, how often etc..
I hope some guys or some girls will help ;)

First, I didn't know that you were illiterate and I didn't know that you would expect SIASAT discussion under HEALTH treat!
Second, then why do you have NON-Siasi and, sport and health Threads?
And third, if you dont have any idea about this, if you dont give any suggesions, assuming you're very entellectual, then go ti siasi posts! Dont waste here OK?

The oil Umer Amin suggested you is simply the best. It is called " Taramira oil ".

Taramira oil is very famous in India and Pakistan. It helps you in growing strong, long and silky hairs. You may not like its smell initially but with the passage of time you won't feel it bad either. It really pays off as for haircare is concerned.

You can buy taramira oil from Indian / Pakistani shops in your area. Although Mustard oil is quite effective as well but in my opinion Taramira is much better than this. If you fail to acquire taramira oil then go for mustard oil.

You are most welcome.

You shouldn't have any problems in locating it from specialised Asian shops especially Indian / Pakistani grocery stores or Cash & Carries.

If you still fail to find it then try Mustard oil. You can say both of these oils are herbal and can be found in their pure form from Asian stores. You may also find some online resellers selling them i.e. Amazon or Ebay but I'm not sure whether they sell in same purity or it is in different form.

It's called "Sarso Ka Tail" in Urdu (Sarso=Mustard, Tail=Oil) "Mustard Oil" it's every day thing in rural areas mostly, people who use do have good hairs, but avoid too much of it especially in summers, If applied too much it will keep dripping off in summers and you will not have a good feeling about sticky hairs. I have very thick and strong hairs Alhamdulillah.
I have very short hairs, i can tell you about how i use it.

After i take shower i don't dry my hairs with towel and apply few drops 2 or max 3 on my wet hairs. After my hairs dry it keeps them very soft and silky. If you apply it on dry hair it won't be silky but smooth or sticky. So for best results apply few drops after shower it won't feel sticky if applied on wet hairs.

Another way is to apply good amount of this oil on your hairs once every week, on weekends do a proper hair massage and oiling, leave it for few hours and then take shower. Same result but for a day or two.

If applied everyday it's very good.

I'm telling because you said it ;) in travellers' blog, I also read that there's heavy smell there (oil and spicy).. their ONLY complaint about PK.
By the way, thanks for information ;)

Thanks very much dear Mubashirrao for this detailed explanation as you wrote without bothering ;)

I can imagine how it would be sticky :) as I don't like oil and touching oil (even handcreams) :) but I will, I have to do this of course whenever I get natural of them ;)
Thank you.

I don't like putting oil in hair much but I have been told that south indian women who use coconut oil have great hair...

I have noticed putting avocado or banana in hair helps a lot too...makes them thick, shiny and bouncy..
