I presume this is a video from Khas Khabar a Hindi news channel. So going the by video, i am happy to note that we are trying to expose our short comings and trying to correct it. I am happy to note that in a backward place Samastipur, Bihar, kids are going to school and have started learning at least some thing. One day they will get a good teacher and this habit of going to school will help them.
