If someone visits google and search something about Pakistan, such as Pakistan Army or Air Force or Navy or anything else,
Google provides search result mostly from indian website on top of the list and most of those very negative information.

Can anyone explain, how this can happen?

We need to take it up with google. At least first 1000 results should be only by the Pakistani authentic sources not by india.
If someone is sitting outside Pakistan and searching, he will only get image of Pakistan from indian sources and of course it will be negative.
It has reduced from last few days but it was extensive.

Also someone told me its about payment. If you pay, your website or information will be on top of the list.

It's all about SEO, search engine optimization, it search the result from keywords used in the query and matches those with the best results available on the web. However the ads come on top like if I want website comes on top and if I pay Google it will show my website regardless of SEO results
