ٹایئٹل حسب حال ہے۔پاکستان کی تاریخ کا سب سے نااہل صدر۔جس کو ابأجی نے صد ر لگوا دیا۔پاکستان کو اپنے باپ کی جاگیر سمجھ کر۔انتہائی نالائق۔ایک دہیلے کا کام نہیں کیا۔ایون صدر کے سامنے مطالبات لئے ،لوگ کھڑے ہیں اور چار کام میں سے ایک کر رہے ہوتے تھے۔سو رہے ہیں،کھانا کھا رہے ہیں نہا رہے ہیں یا نماز پڑھ رہے ہیں۔اس کے علاوہ اور کوئی کام نہیں۔وزیراعظم کا پاس ایسے ہاتھ باندھ کر بیٹھتے تھے کہ بس اب سجدے میں گرے کہ جب۔موصوف کی ذہانت کی داستانیں عدالت عالیہ میں بکھری پڑی ہیں۔آپ کا کوئی فیصلہ ایسا نہ تھا جس پر عدالت عظمی سے جھاڑ نہ پڑی ہو۔مگر ابأجی کی دوستی کے طفیل جب اس بدقسمت پاکستان کے صدر بن گئے تو چاٹ لگ گئی۔ایک ٹھڈے میں باہر جا پڑے مگر اب بھی خواب میں ایوان صدر میں پائے جاتے ہیں۔اتنی مراعات اب تک لے رہے ہیں جس کی انتہا نہیں مگر پیٹ نہیں بھرتا۔
یہ ڈرامہ اور کسی کو دکھایئں کہ اس کو دے دونگا،اس کو دے دونگا۔اپنے مختصر مکان میں رہتے تھے نکالے جانے کے بعد۔ مگر جیسے ہی جاگیر داروں کی سینیٹ نے فیصلہ کیا کہ سابق صدورکو بھی سرکاری رہایش اور نوکر چاکر دیئے جایئں،تو موصوف فٹا فٹ راتوں رات سرکاری رہائشگاہ پہنچ گئے۔اور اب بھی دل نہیں بھر رہا۔پاکستان تو ان ہی نااہل لوگوں کو راس آیا ہے۔

LHC to hear case to drop Musharraf’s name from official records

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has given approval to a petition for hearing to drop former President Musharraf’s name from official record of the presidents of Pakistan, Geo News reported Monday.

Former President Rafique Ahmed Tarar has filed this petition in LHC challenging Musharraf’s unconstitutional acts, in which the latter deposed democratically elected government and took charge of country through use of force.

Parliament and Supreme Court (SC) did not endorse Musharraf’s unconstitutional acts therefore he was not a constitutional president of Pakistan, the petition stated.

Also, the petition pleaded the honourable court to strip Musharraf’s name off the official record of the presidents of Pakistan.

We will be once again united and work together and soon we will be the shining starts of the world and the poor masses of Pakistan will start living a hunky dory life. Our biggest problems are Resolving if Bhutto was rightly hanged, if the election were not rigged and musharaf shoud not be called president of Pakistan. Long live the people of Pakistan.

This doesn't mean that the whole nation forget what they are suppose do to c lean the mess. Let the courts decide on the issues in front of them......and we as a nation do what we are suppose to do.

We as a nation always focus on non issues and always take the Nasoors lightly. If we were so diligent we will not be in such a mess as we are today. Our political/military/media/justice (nexus) mafia just want us to pick a good guy and bad guy. Once we have that, they want us to focus on rigging the bad guy and prostrating infront of the good guy. They make us feel that our problem is one bad guy and our solution is another good guy. In this good guy bad guy sports, the winners are the politicians and the loosers are the public. Actually, public and guy are not the right word. In our culture, the good guy is our god, the bad guy is the saitan and the people are the worshipper who are even ready to sacrifice their lives for the good guy sorry I mean their god.

I think this really needs to be done. The court should take his name out of everything. What he did was ILEGAL and we all should have the courage to say NO to every wrong thing. The only way we can survive is if we obey the rule of law.

What's the use ?
Most of our presidents/Prime Ministers were like that.The Country already has so many issues and we're gonna waste our time on these trivial things ?
I think the most important task is to get the present leadership off the hook.The damage they are inflicting on The Country is horrendous.Once they
they disappear and some sort of sane leadership is in place which can some how " negotiate" war on terror on some acceptable terms then we
can move from there.I know it's a tall order but do we have the luxury of choice ? If we read the history many nations went thru worse than this but
they came out with flying colours with their strong character,persistence,hard work and honesty.I believe only those nations will survive in the long run
who have these characteristics while others will relegated to the dustbin of history.

The Lahore High Court on Tuesday sought an answer from the federal government in regards to a petition which seeks to strike off the name of former president General (R) Pervez Musharraf from official records.
According to the petition filed by former president Rafiq Tarar, he was the president of Pakistan until the election of President Zardari.
He claims he was neither retired nor resigned and thus, the name of former president Musharraf be eliminated from all official records.​
