What's the issue with "Ghar Wapsi" ? Is it force conversions or people doing it out of their own choice? And if it is forced conversions, what are the state certificates that get issued if at all?
If nothing of this sorts, then this ghar wapsi is just a little show circus. As it should be in a secular nation. Religion has no business in the affairs of state.

vilayati;3765029 [I said:Members of a gang arrested for sexually abusing young boys in Hussain Khan Wala. (AFP)[/I]Up to 280 girls and boys were filmed being brutally sexually abused in one village, but victims’ parents say police did not act until there was a national uproar.
The head of Punjab’s Child Protection Bureau, Saba Sadiq, described the case as “the largest child abuse scandal in Pakistan’s history”.
Shahbaz Sharif, the chief minister of Punjab province, where the abuse took place, has ordered an independent judicial probe and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has vowed stern action against those responsible.
But there are suggestions of a politically-influenced cover up. The village at the heart of the scandal lies in the ruling Pakistan Muslim League party’s stronghold.
Police have arrested at least seven people over the allegations but Saba accused them of dragging their feet; some of the videos date back to 2007. “The police are protecting the criminals, they are supporting them and have provided them an opportunity to escape the village,” Saba told reporters.
The gang of child rapists also extorted money from parents of victims, selling clips of the videos locally for around 40 US cents if they did not pay up.
“They made the video of my son in 2011 and we have been paying the blackmailers since then,” the mother of one of the victims, who did not want to be named, told a reporter. “I have seen the videos, they are disgusting,” she said. The concept of family “honor” is very important in Pakistani society and many people would be afraid of the “shame” it would bring to admit being the victim of a sexual assault.
But an initial police probe, carried out last week at the behest of the provincial government, the police described the allegations as “baseless,” a conclusion immediately rejected by local media and rights activists. The district police chief said he was doing his best to catch those responsible, but accused activists and media of exaggerating the scale of the abuse. He said the case was an old one, dragged up by a group of villagers as a tactic in a land dispute.
“It is important to break the silence and challenge the taboo around it,” on child advocate said. “How can a child be safe if he knows that his parents, the culture and societal norms expect him to remain silent to uphold the family’s ‘honor’?”
People change their religion all the time in India. Nothing wrong in that.
