High ranking Pak army officials and their families abusing the rights of ordinary citizens

My sister is a medical student in a medical college. After an altercation with her roommate the roommate called on her brother who is in the military and he mobilized the entire hospital management against my sister and they are now pressurizing her to apologize. Alongside this my sister says that her brother has managed to get all the messages in her mobile phone in whatsapp etc. as her roommate described messages in her phone word-to-word.

Now my question is - what gives these people the right to abuse their rights and use underhanded tactics for this kind of thing? If there was an issue between the two, why not resolve it between them instead of mentally torturing the rest of our family? My mother is in shock and fearful of what may happen to my sister.

This is reality. Most of army men think they are landlord of Pakistan and these common people are their servents. This culture should be changed otherwise there will be big conflict between Army and common man. Army should take action on black sheep hidden inside them.

I am not supporting anyone but, If someone misusing his powers you should complaint his seniors (he is not the chief of army) You cannot judge whole army by one person, ( Pak main bohut sarey jaraim hote hy agar hum sab ko blame karna start kar de to fir to Pak kab ka khatam hojata) but after your complaint koi action na liya jaye than you have right to blame whole system/ARMY

I remember once in my school days I had a fight with the son of vice air chief marshal of those times. He called few military men outside of school. One of them came inside and threatened me. There was 2 vans filled with rangers type of guys.

FYI its not military people who abuse force. Infact everyone in Pakistan who has some sort of authority or power abuse their office. I guess military abuse it the least compared to the civil politicians and bureaucrats.

A complaint will only make matters worse. Remember... we are "bloody civilians" and we have no right to complain against "holy army".

Only way is to "Apologize" un-conditionally. Even if its not your sister's fault. doesn't matter.
But I dont think even after apologizing they'll let your sister stay there.

Still its not an abuse, you should first share the whole story with us and rules say that decision can only be made after listening to both sides, sadly the other side isnt here to tell the story. And if it was fault of your sister she should apologize!
