Whatever you said I need to do some research on it to verify. But still I say Quran doesn't explain everything in details. We need the explaination from other sources and Ahadees are the best source after Quran. (Mind it we are not in any way superceeding Quran naudubillah. Quran is a supreme source of knowledge for muslims)
Just an exmple for you:
Quran is clear about pork(meat of pig) that is haram. There is an ayah in the Quran about this, so does it mean other then pig we can eat other animals? How about Cats and Dogs? Do you eat them?
Yes, of course some ahadees are weak and may be wrong, but majority of them are authentic and we can not nullify all of them just because some of them are in doubt.
I don't want to start anather long discussion on this topic. If you want you can answer me but I will not reply as I am not a Aalim - e- deen.
