Govt asks PTA to unblock Youtube

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry for Information Technology and Telecom has lifted a ban on Youtube. However, social networking website Facebook will remain blocked in line with the order of Lahore High Court.

The LHC had directed the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) to block the site till May 31 over blasphemous content.

Federal Secretary Najeebullah Malik told Geo that PTA was asked to ensure the blockage of links carrying sacrilegious drawings.

He said that the government would implement any order given by the court about Facebook in future too.

PTA chairman Dr Yasin said that Youtube would also be restored immediately after receiving orders from the information ministry.

Shokced and hurt why pak lifting youtube ban

DEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS

I am speech less because i still see lots of vedios on youtube people talking about drawing mohammed day giveing each other points islam vs freedom of speech , talking who won who lost.

plz can some one hack these site bring them down pakistan only gave us little happeness as i was proud and telling every friend pakistan has blocked it but now rehman sahib saying there nothin wrong and certain pages will not be allowed to load why use such websites why go there again if youtube doesnt care facebook doesnt care

will youtube allow the vedios showing peoples head being cut of they dont and there are others vids as will which the dont allow then why did they allow this just for the sack of FREEDOM OF SPEECH .

I DONT EXPECT ANY THING from our leaders be them from army or government i think they have failed on this as well. my intention of saying and draging our army in between this is not tht i dont support them but why is there not one person who can break rehman teeths of allowing and speaking on youtubes banned lifthing.


one more thing tht roles and roles in my head why did middle east not do nothing and turkey and other muslim countires not ban these sites for ever.

my friends i want every body to spread vids or in writing on arab forums and lets find a away to slap these fasadeez and tell them how much we love our prophet( Muhammed oor rasool Allah(SAW)).

please friends gather every one either be from pakistan . UAE . SAUDI ARABIA . TURKEY . IRAN AND OTHERS ALL OF THEM.

AND LETS COME UP WITH A NEW IDEA OF WHAT CAN WE DO NOT ONLY TO KEEP QUITE AND DO SABAR AS THIS I DONT THINK WE HAVE DO DO SABAR AND IF THESE SITES HACKED OR BROUGTH DOWN IN ANY WAY.

OR JUST DEFAME THEM.

WE CAN DO IT I HAVE ONE IDEA FOR THIS TIME WHY NOT FILL THESE SITES WITH JUNK VIDS LIKE GIVE THEM THE NAME OF ANY THING THT MATCHES WITH OTHER SO IF ANY ONE OPENS IT GETS A BAD EXPERINCE ON THESE SITES BE I FACE BOOK OR YOUTUBE LETS FILL THEM WITH JUNK I DON KNOW HOW ITS GOING TO BE POSSIBLE


CAN SOME ONE CREATE A SOFTWARE THT JUST KEEPS SENDING EMAILS TO EVERY ONE ON FACE BOOK OR YOUTUBE EMAILS OR VIDS LET MAKE THE WORSE RUBBISH THE BIGEEST RUBBISH OF THE WORLD.

And first lesson of first prophet..and last prophet.....LEARN....IQRA

remember Adam was taught the names of different things , that means very first lesson of different fields of study.....

Right now muslims are away from knowledge.

Different Mullahs says that Only deeni education is education , the rest is not....which is wrong...

If muslims are good in Physics , medical , engineering, and all other field, We will be giver , not taker....

That will break the relation and influence of Jews and Christian, and

people will be start converting to muslims very quickly.......
