What compromise? If the girl willingly accepted Islam by understanding enough about ISLAM then she should not be handed over back to the family, and the Govt should protect her.

islam is in our hearts if she accepted islam with sincerity to the religion then no power on earth will change that ,,,Allah always protects those with sincere intentions ...its just my opinion
its like a bird let it fly if it truly loves you it will always love you and always return
returning her back to family is just ,,,unless her life is in danger that remains to be seen and i hope that is closely watched
