If Govt is criticized for bad planning then this person should also be criticized for bad planning, isn't it?

Having said this, Under construction underpasses are probably always flooded with such rains because of no roof top structure which is why it happened, but if such things happens even after completion of the work then it should be criticized with full force. Right now the anger of the one who has lost so much is justifiable but there is some hand of his own in this mess as well like mentioned above.

Those shops have been here since i came to Peshawar a decade ago and there was no issue of drainage. Shops also cannot move so how the hell could he do anything against the flood? . Hayatabad had some issues of drainage but nothing serious.

Thanks to this ill planned harami BRT, they've destroyed the whole infrastructure of Peshawar, that's why this happened.

Instead of insulting the poor shop owners whose halal livelihood is destroyed by harami government officials, have some honor and integrity and criticise PTI for the wrong they've done.

Remember Imran Khan criticised Shobaz for Lahore metros shamelessly. This is called Makafat e Amal.

Now PTI is running around saying these rains and good weather is because of Imran Khan. This arrogance is why PTI is being exposed.

Yes you are right, Govt contractors are responsible if it is drainage problem, but if it is due to rain due to the semi constructed BRT then it is probably more of a disaster than it is someone's fault. Just for example we couldn't stop the floods in 2010 but could only reduce it's effects through various measures. Which Is why I said that if it was due to rain then the shop owner should also be cautious and should have a better planning as well because if I know that my roof top is not there and it is raining then I would of course rush to the site to do something about my assets.

I wish i was joking, just a few weeks ago, they said they have to destroy the bus stops area because the buses are wider and the stops were too narrower. I was laughing so hard and asked my dad several times if he was joking. He wasn't and that's exactly what the workers told him.

Some months back, they forgot to put the plumbing stuff in and had to destroy the roads after making them.

Considering all that incompetence, i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't even think of the drainage system.

Fact is Imran Khan has neglected KPK and we all know how harami everyone in positions of power are. Remember, how doctors resisted the reforms and Khattack was helpless then Imran coming to Peshawar personally and threatening doctors forced them to stop meddling?

If IK visits Peshawar just once every month, trust me this project would've been completed a year ago. I can't say for sure but it seems the KPK government is doing super corruption in it, there's no other explanation for the incompetence and delays.

Exactly I have been advocating for this same bullshit. Imran Khan needs to be hands on for big matter. Carry arounds files gets Pakistan no where.
