Your source is a blog which refers to a book, but nowhere in the official review of this book are the points as stated in the blog mentioned.
Also, according to the blog, in Pk charitable donations are one of the highest in the world, NOT the highest.

the coal is very good to produce the energy as far as I know, well actually a lot more than what we need-what else do we need ????, the only reason that you would classify it as of not of good quality that its not good for storage and transportation, and I think its the good thing(bigsmile) it has kept greedy people non-interested in it.
