They could not bring a coup in Venezuela because their Generals did not sell out the country and they have openly admitted it.

Of course they have to find traitors within a country to implement their imperial designs. However it does not mean that they don't care about this country as it have become even more important given the expanding Chinese power, especially in this region.

What better than to buy off the Generals which is easier and less hassle rather than going all out against Pakistan ...
