Just a hint of Spanish Inquisition.
It all started with the end of nearly 700 years muslim rule in spain.
Muslims created a tolerent and research based society where muslims, christians and jews were liveing and contributing hand in hand. All this ended with the end of muslim rule. Then what happened to Muslims and Jews of spain was horrible. At that time, London and Paris were in dark ages and absolute mud.

Mr Pakbaaz: There have been several very tolerant Muslim rulers and administrations as you have correctly pointed out and there have been a few were not. In my humble opinion tolerance is found well with in ourselves with practice

Instead of cursing themselves or anyone else. The Muslims should reflect upon themselves and find out the reasons, perhaps Quran may guide them also in this regard from the fate of nations mentioned therein. The simple principle is "until and unless you adhere the tenets and principles of your religion, the fate is imminent". Andalucia was no exception to that!!!!.
