Agree! And it was the best move to have a stand-alone person for Revenue! But still the overall responsibility falls on Asad Umer.

Similarly, I feel Imran Khan needs to have a stand-alone person just for FIA. Instead of giving "accountability affairs" to Shahzad Akbar, have him lead FIA (or maybe on top of his existing portfolio). Or have someone passionate like Murad Saeed lead just FIA alone! I feel FIA is somewhat ineffective because Imran Khan doesn't have much time at his disposal to keep a constant danda on it! And we as a nation need a danda all the time to do some work!
