You are the remian of Gen Musharaf what was the good quality of devolution plan in pakistan where the literacy rate is below than 20% come on anchor person for God sack this country does not need devolution it needs strong buracracy and judiciary.The present situation of pakistan is because of the devolution plan of musharaf which paralysed the whole administration system of the country where councillor neither known their powers and nor they could excercise them,this create a vacuum in the country administration structure.And creates a huge question on the law and order situation in the coutry.we need accountability across the board which needs strong judiciary and executive to work closely within their jurisdiction and parameters.thats the only solution to our problems.
