Effects of using Regaine:
best solution is hair transplant.. most definitely. its expension, and even hurts a lot after operation (as you will be given pain killers and even sleep medicine), but its 1000% more effective than any pills or tablets or sherbat or cream.
my friend's brother went for it so know about this a little.
look at umar sharif bhai.. he went for hair transplant .. and countless other tv actors and entertainers whose rozee rotii are based on looks...
but make sure that you get a reference from someone for hair transplant and get it done from an expert, not an anari.. I know clinics try to use their interns / chotay panaay to do surgeries while the real doctors either just supervise or chill out and count their money. Ask for the REAL doctor to perform surgery -- one who has experience of doing at least 5 such surgeries

I am giving you my professional advice for free.........:lol:
Regaine is not suppose to bring back the hairs that gone. it is some thing that slows the process of hair fall. to give you an example if you were to use it it will slow the hair loss so you will be better off in 5 to 10 years with treatment than without it. It is only topical (meaning lotion,creams) that is known to slow the progression of hair loss. Also keep two things in mind
IT will NOT stop hair loss completely but will slow it.
It will not bring the hairs back that are already gone
Some people report slight thickening of hair which with regaine which makes you feel that hair density has improved.but this is some times not noticeable
The benefit is with continous use which means if you stop it you will go back to your normal hair cycle/fall
Best is to use regaine and keep your natural hairs as long as possible but this is an expensive option. if you are in the UK you can try save and subscribe option e.g from boots which can be cheaper.
Hair Trasplant
Is also not a complete fix. It will improve your appearence but you will never get you normal thick hairs like you have/had naturally, however it is better/best of all treatments available for selected people who have enough donar area to have hairs moved from one place to another.

Regaine is the brand name. The active ingredient is Minoxidil which ranges from 2 to 6 % i think. This product is effective as it stops hair fall in men which is prompted by genes. You can buy any brand with the active ingredient Minoxidil. Many brands are available in Pakistan which can be cheaper as well.
Before starting any product though, you need to find what is triggering you hair loss. Where do you live? If you are in Europe and have only recently started to get hair loss then it is quite possible that it is due to the water. Water in Europe, especially in the UK, is quite hard and is known to trigger hair loss. If location is not the issue, then consider your diet? Are you getting the required nutrients?
Applying minoxidil needs patience. It takes at least 3 months to start seeing results, if any. You have apply it on the scalp and wait for it to dry in order to comb/brush your hair. So it can get challenging. Other than minoxidil, you should start eating Biotin supplements. Biotin in our body is responsible for hair, nails and skin. You can get Super Biotin from GNC and take one a day. You will start noticing visible changes in your hair within a month. Your growth will pick up pace.
You should also consider changing your shampoo. The most effective shampoos include Regenepure NT & Regenepure DR. However, they are costly and so you might be discourage from its price.
At the end of the day, if nothing works, you can always go for hair transplant. However, you will need to be of a certain age to get that. You should only get hair transplant if you are over 30 as by that time, your hair loss might have reached its zenith. But do remember, apart from the obvious challenges to hair transplant i.e. pain, money etc, you'll also have to be on a tablet for quite a bit of time. That tablet is known for side effects mainly on your hormones that control your man parts. So thats another things to consider.

There is no cure for hair fall, there are few medicines that slow down the male patren baldness, and they too have some affects. The only solution available at the moment is hair transplant. I would recommend to go for FUE method and don't waste your time and money on medicines

There is a difference between Regain and Rogain. Regain is better and authentic Product.
Main ingredient in hair regrowth is Minoxidil. If u think Regain is expensive u can buy some other brand and products contain Minoxidil.
1- if u have little baldness or just have started loosing hair Use Minoxidil 5%
2- if u have serious baldness and u are less tha 40 yrs old...use Minoxidil 10% or 12%
How it works?
1. It works very slowly till you will gave gave up if u r not consistent and patient.
2. U have to apply on effected area 2wice a day.
3. You will see very thin hair growth in 2 months time.
4. if u will stop using Minoxidil ..these tiny soft new hair will fall/disappear.
5. Keep your hair short (Foji cutting :) )
6. To make these new hair strong and visible softly massage oil in the roots at least once a week (better if u do 2wice)
7. Best Oil for this treatment is mix equally these two oils
a) Black seed Oil (Kalonji ka tail)
b) Caster Oil (Arind ka tail)
Mix them togather in bottle and massage with finger tips in the roots of hair and leave for 1 or 2 hours and then wash it.
8. use Alpacin Shampoo (Red bottle one)
9. Wear cap etc when going out in sun.
10. Take some vitamins which has Biotin.
11. Dont get constipated (Eat well and sleep well).
I have started loosing hair some time ago and i am using Minoxidil 10% and i have grown tiny tiny hair on my balled patches.
I am using this treatment from last one and half month and so far things are working for me.
