Who is going to expunged the thieves sitting in the Parliaments? They are in the Parliaments on the basis of these votes.
People say 45% votes are bogus. Yes percentage of the total vote, it is the figure.
But we know the total vote cast are less than 40% of the total. Unless we have the figure of how much the votes cast were bogus, it is a misleading figure.
Let me explain. Let say that 40% vote casted would be 3 crores. And if out of these 3 crores 2.2. or 2.5 crores were bogus then the percentage of the bogus vote casted would be as high as 80%. Meaning the whole elections were a fraud.
It is more likely than not that most of the bogus votes would be cast in the election, thats why they are created. Otherwise there would be no reasons to create the bogus vote, if they are not used.
My gut feeling is that only between 10 to 20% votes cast in the last elections were legit and anything between 80% to 90% were bogus.
Supreme Court should order for the break down of the bogus votes casted in the elections from the figure of 3 Crores 70 Lakhs. Then compare the figure with the actual vote cast in the last Election to determine the percentage of bogus vote casted. After this determination, SC should order the dissolution of these Assemblies and declare last results of the last elections null and void.

That is a good news but unfortunately there is an ugly part to the story,
If Election Commission is not properly formulated and new lists are not made, same old lists will be used for next elections.
I don't see PPP making New Election Commission as long as they are in power for the fear of their disqualifications. PLMn is not so keen on new lists as new lists will have 30 percent extra young votes and we all know who will win big majority of this category.
Lets hope we can get a clear order from SC ordering Govt to make Election Commission within a specific period of time.
