No doubt there was security laps but it is not fair to put blame on agencies. Their job is to provide information timely and they do their job very well. Problem comes in the second phase. And its not fair to compare with mombay attacks and time square incident as those were state sponsored and governments knew exactly who to blame. America's investement on religeous establishments is not without a reason. Its not easy, if not impossible, to find proofs when secret services are operating but you have to go by your instincts. If proofs are found then it means they are planted. If commissioner lahore is indicating about RAW then his ground need to be questioned not the statement.

I do not like the style of Mr. Nusrat...he is a typically Pandu person, understands late and reacts badly at any new thing...

He is wasting time a lot....

Anyway, the agencies and government is 100 % responsible for the safety of people...

we spend and pay PM and president to save our lives....

If a watchman is not protecting you you will fire him, the same is government....
