But you like CJ are giving it emotional touch by bringing patriotism of all dual national and also incorrect claim regarding Forex. And yes - dual nationality must be with-drawn in greater interest of Pakistan - All public office holders must sign contract that they will not apply for nationality of other country at-least for 3 years after end of their service and also can't stay out of country for longer period on any kind of visa. To dual national Pakistan should give only a card like India (i.e. In case of India - Person of Indian Origin). Based on this card people can come, stay in Pakistan without any Visa requirement. They can invest, do business if they want. And should be entitled to get Pakistan's Nationality anytime by denouncing any other nationality. If this policy is not hurting millions of Indians and their patriotism than why it will impact Pakistanis - is their patriotism that much fragile? i don't think so.

بات شھریت کی نھیں بلکہ شخصیت کی ھوی تھی۔کورٹ میں جو بھی بحث چلی اسکو وسیع تر تناظر میں دیکھنا ھی نھیں چاھیے بعض اوقات جج کا ٹارگٹ اسکے سامنے والا ھوتا ھے اور وھ چالاکی سے اسے سارے ملک پر پھیلا دے تو اسکی مرضی ویسے بھی سار ے فارن پاکستانی تو کیس میں فریق نھیں تھے۔

I am Confused About Dual Nationality, Please Assist Me!!!
I am a little bit confused after Court's decision on not hearing Qadri's petition against Non-constitutional Establishment of Election Commission. One of the reasons stated by the Court for not hearing the case as Qadri is a Dual Nation.
I want to ask, say for an example, an American living in America says something against Pakistani courts, Can our judges summon that person for contempt of court? I think he cannot summon, just like if I say something against American Courts in my own country, American Courts can't summon me.
I want to ask on What ground Chief Justice summoned a Dual National Terrorist 'Altaf Hussain' of MQM when he contempted the Pakistani Courts.

At least read the courts order.
Th reason he was not heard was simply he could not show his Fundamental rights had been violated.
As a dual national he cant run for Assembly, so his personal right to a fair election was not directly violated.
Hence he has no locus standi. I.e he could not prove he had the right to make this petition.
This was just one of the reasons given. Other were his various statements in which he said he wanted to delay election. Showing his intentions were malafide in as much he wanted to delay elections.
His stement read in court showed he wanted the ECP dissolved to delay elections, he was not really concerned about its constitutionality per se.
Even if the court accepted his stupid petition and even dissolved ECP. With the current const PPP and PML could reconstitute it within a single NA session. Nothing would be accomplished. In fact PPP would play the victim card and extract political mileage along the way.
Its not that hard to understand.
Your comparison to Altaf etc makes little sense. Altaf made public threatning statements to gatherings of his target killng and rackettering associates in Pakistan agaisnt the court orders on voter verification in Karachi.
He sent his minions to apologize to court which the court accepted. Meaning he gave a public commitment not to sabotage the process openly.
He was held in contempt same reason PM Gillani was he was directly trying to obstruct the implementation of court order.
Court simply hasnt tried any one for contempt in the broader traditional sense, i.e ridiculing the court, judges, making unfounded accusations, try to delegitimize it etc.
Or if court applied US standards of Contempt laws Asma Bongi, Aitaizaz, Faisal Raza Abdi, Babar Haiwan and half a dozen other PPP , MQM clowns would be thrown in jail, but courts kai saah ithna falto time nahin hai.
The court is very conservative in its actions. It gives enormous lee way. Thats why NRO case dragged on for four years, if the government does not want to implement its decision it cant really do much.
So Qadri and his followers can throw all the dirst they like at courts and expect no punishment just beacuse Mr Qadri is a egoistical moron who has forgotten how to fight a case.
But if he really wants to see how things work in civilised societies he should tryone of these stunts in a canadian court or about a canadian judge. He will be thrown in the slammer within hours.

In SC Qadri failed to established that he is the well wisher and true representative of Pakistani People. TUQ is a liar.

In my personal opinion this decesion from the SC is biased one and on the directives of somebody. They should have heard him, no matter for short duration. He is at last aPakistani for the rights of Pakistanis. TUQ is right or wrong is not what I am intrested in as per my comments.

confused and disappointed at the decision on the petition of Tahir Ul qadri.
Current Election Consists of its members belomging to PPP,PML(N),and other parties.
One member of this Election Commission is "Sono Khan Baloch"; this member proved
its partiality towards PPP when Waheeda Shah of PPP gave slaps after slaps to a woman
presiding officer in the presence of media and police but this Baloch Sahib gave his vote
if favour of PPP's Waheeda Shah.

The biggest affectee of a bias Election Commission will be PTI, if PTI and its leadership opt out of going to SC then there must be some reasons. I trust PTI and IK leadership much more then this liar TUQ.
