For me the PTI MPA showing his loyalty with IK. He has all right to do such things in his personal home but should respect Public office which doesn't belong to one party.

The MPA job is not development but making legislation. So I can't give credit to MPA for this development. Like in west, these kind of developments are done by relevant authorities. The relevant authority must create a project and submit it for approval from local government if with in City. If out side city Jurisdiction then project will go to Provisional assembly for approval.
Its good PTI government is developing under develop areas but this is not MPA job and shouldn't take credit for it.

The work shown in video started before the Local Governments were in-place, the upcoming Projects will be launched by Local Representatives rather than MPAs as their Funds are stopped just a month back !
