Monday, February 04, 2013 - Islamabad—The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz will stage a sit-in outside the parliament house and will take out a long march towards the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) today (Monday) to demand empowering the ECP.

The Jamaat-e-Islami, the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) and some Sindhi nationalist parties are expected to join the PML-N sit-in. JUI-F has however decided to stay away from the boycott as it is annoyed with the PML-N for not supporting it in the parliament over its boycott for governor’s rule in Balochistan.

PML-N stalwart and opposition leader in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan had said during a press conference that his party would stage a sit-in outside the parliament for empowering the ECP since an independent election commission was a guarantee for holding transparent election.—INP

Since when did the constitution allow PLane diversions of Pakistanis in the plane ?? .....which other civilized country has ever done this ??

SO you think in Quaid who was so strict about the legalities and constitution would allow any tom, hick and harry to challenge the writ of state? The article clearly mentions what Quaid had to say about role of Army either change your picture now and deny that Quaid ever said that or maybe take the same old path Quaid didn't know what would happen (yeah like dictators do but Quaid didn't).

Pakistanis voted PMLN to power you troll, if a democratic govt has to change a PM because of a couple of thousand thugs gathered in front of parliament then there really is not future for democracy in this country. No one is begging Army to takeover, go back to sleep.

Actually that's the whole problem Pakistanis didn't vote for PMLN. Ch Nisar himself said that there are thousands of illegal vote cast in every constituency.

Well done IK, your background if compared to these is shafaf, so keep up the good work and do not let these nincompoops who stole Democracy in Pakistan, their way is of insults for Pakistan when visiting India and only meeting actors and not politicians, and their way is to distribute vital jobs to their own uneducated family members, their way is to dump on Army in the neediest time during Kargil fight, Kargil is part of Kashmir and Kashmir is a disputed territory as its borders are called LOC and not borders. instead of asking for plebiscite he agreed with the president of a big power and withdrew Army than ask for plebiscite.

Stole the elections and than insists on it being shafaf, whyu keep postponing the opening of four Halqas to avoid all this. there is more about personal wealth gathered by illegal means, one thing is realty bad when they do not pay taxes.
