Although he wasn't political at the time, it is amazing how astute he was when talking about the Cricket board (whose Patron is still the president), the Pakistan cricket domestic infrastructure (still in confusion) . And his predictions about Wasim and Waqar came out to be absolutely true: from a tear away Waqar became a swing bowler, and Wasim used his variety and skill to become a legend!
