بہت افسوسناک واقعہ ہے۔جس کی جتنی مذمت کی جائے کم ہے۔
ثاقب نثار صاحب بہر حال چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان ہیں۔ اور اس عہدے کی تکریم اور وقار کا لحاظ ہر محب وطن کو ہونا چاہیئے۔
یہ اجتماع ایک نہایت ہی نیک مقصد کے لئے تھا۔ اس کی اہمیت اور تقدس کا اندازہ پاکستان کی بھلائی چاہنے والے ہر پاکستانی کو ہے چاہے وہ پاکستان کے اندر رہتا ہے یا پاکستان سے باہر۔بلکہ شاید ملک سے باہر رہنے والوں کو زیادہ ہے۔ لیکن ان عناصر کی بھی کمی نہیں جو پاکستان کے دشمن ممالک سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں اور پاکستان کی بھلائی کسی طور دیکھ نہیں سکتے، اس کے ساتھ ساتھ پاکستانی بھی بہت ہیں جو پاکستانی ہوتے ہوئے بہت سی وجوہات کی بنا کرایسے منصوبوں کی راہ میں روڑے اٹکاتے ہیں جس کی پرانی مثال کالا باغ ڈیم بارے رویہ اور تازہ ترین مثال سی پیک بارے گاہے گاہے ہونے والے خبث باطن کے اظہار کے ساتھ ساتھ کراچی میں چینی کونسل خانے پرحال ہی میں ناکام حملے کی کوشش ہے۔
مطلب یہ کہ دشمن اندرونی ہو یا بیرونی ہمارے خلاف پوری قوت سے میدان میں ہے۔
ان حالات میں ایسے اجتماعات منعقد کرنے والوں کی ذمہ داریاں بہت بڑھ جاتی ہیں۔اور پھر ایسا اجتماع جس کے مہمان خصوصی اتنی اہم ترین شخصیت ہو تو احتیاط و ذمہ داری کا پیمانہ کیا ہونا چاہیئے؟ منتظمیں کو ادراک ہونا چاہیئے تھا۔
مگر جو خبر میں ہے اس سے یہ نتیجہ اخذ کیا جا سکتا ہے کہ فنڈ اکٹھا کرنا مطمع نظر تھا اور دوسری ہر بات ثانوی رہی،شاید یہاں ہر وہ بندہ موجود تھا جس نے ٹکٹ خریدا چاہے اس کا تعلق پاکستان سے ہو ، نہ ہو۔اور دعوت میں شاید شراب کا کھلے عام استعمال ہوتا رہا ۔اسی کا فائدہ اٹھا کر تماشا بنایا گیا۔ دھینگا مشتی ہوئی اور وہ سب ہوا جو نہیں ہونا چاہیئے تھا۔
اللہ کا لاکھ لاکھ شکر ہے کہ چیف جسٹس کو نقصان نہیں پہنچا۔ دوران لڑائی چیف جسٹس کے ترجمان ظفراقبال کلانوری کو دھکے دے کر باہر نکالا جا سکتا ہے توکسی کو کچھ بھی ہو سکتا تھا۔
میری ناقص رائے میں اس کی ساری ذمہ دار انتظامیہ ہے جس نے اس ایونٹ کو آرگنائزتو کیا مگر اپنی ذمہ داری کماحقہ ادا نہیں کی۔
اگر تقریب کے شرکا کی مکمل جانچ پڑتال کی جاتی اور کسی بھی مشکوک شخص کو داخل نہ ہونے دیا جاتااور
ام الخبائث سے اجتناب برتا جاتا تو اس بدمزگی و جگ ہنسائی سے بچا جا سکتا تھا۔

Um Ul Khabais didn't invade the dinner party. It was invited considering the money it can collect. La naat esay CJ per Jo esi taqreeb main shareek hota hai. If this fool had some consideration of his own respect , he would have asked the organizers not to include the Alcohol. Unless he thought it was something necessary in the presence of such dignitaries.... Low lives at the end .

Its unbelievable how this CJ is attending these clearly political events where speakers are openly criticising political leaders.

The fake cry guy is complaining..o yaar mein nay CJ kee uthanay ka world record bana lia aur yeh mujhay dhakkay laga rahay hein...

Its a strange coincidence social/political events organised and attended by our punjabi brothers always end up in chaos. kursiaa chall gaein, ghonsoo aur thappadoo ka azadaana istemaal..maa bhen kee gaalia etc.

CJ's presence in such events raise heavy questions on his impartiality and fitness for this post.

Just imagine, CJ is hearing someone's case and that party donate amount in dam fund..is'nt that a conflict of interest? cant other party raise this as an objection??

This CJ is doing satya naas of judiciary and the country.

We seriously need law-making to avoid people like saqib nisaar compromise their office in future.

Yes. CJ should avoid political gatherings. This is part of his code of conduct. Remember when PM Abbasi met CJ to request early settlement of pending tax cases, what not was said about that meeting? And now this?? This CJ should be tried in SJC at earliest for voilation of Code of Conduct.

Guys Salam walikum I m old follower of this forum but never comment and will like to comment this video majority of this ppl are from watford London know them from long time affiliates with PMLN and PPP. Rest will leave it to ur judgement
